Terms and Conditions : NW Residential Homes Framework Contract - Terms and Conditions

This replaces the previous national version and incorporates previously agreed NW variations to the Uplifts and Termination clauses. The contract now also includes references to the NW Core Cost Specification

Schedule 4: Individual Placement Agreement

The IPA has now been amended so that this document can now also be used for Fostering and Leaving Care services.

Schedule 5: NW Core Cost Specification

This has now effectively replaced the National Schedule 3 (Pricing Schedule). Qualifying providers have supplied a completed specification on the PIMS database.
